Employment Engagement Models

What kind of employment contract are you looking for? Our 5 employment engagement models (Long-Term, Part-Time, Project-Driven, Bridge, and Temp-to-Perm) provide varying levels of contract duration and type of services needed, giving you greater flexibility for your current situation.

We have 5 Employment Engagement Models: Long-Term, Part-Time, Project-Driven, Bridge, and Temp-to-Perm. Our Long-Term Employment Engagement Model helps connect a company with a skilled resource for a long-term, full-time position. The Part-Time Model connects a business with a skilled resource for a part-time (less than 40 hours per week) position. Our Project-Driven Model connects a company with a skilled resource for the duration of a specific project. The Bridge Employment Engagement Model provides both a company and a skilled resource time to evaluate their compatibility before committing to a full-time employment contract. Our Temp-to-Perm Model enables a business to work with an already identified skilled resource while waiting for their required job req. to open.

Financial Models

What kind of payment schedule do you need? Our 3 financial models (Hourly, Fixed Cost, and Milestone) provide a range of flexibility in regards to work hours, project timelines and budgeting, and payment schedules.

We have 3 Financial Models: Hourly, Fixed Cost, and Milestone. Our Hourly Financial Model provides the most flexibility and is effective for projects with hard-to-define or evolving scopes. Payment is based upon hours worked, using time sheets and customer approval. The Fixed Cost Model is ideal for projects with well-defined scopes and strict time constraints. Payment is a predetermined amount agreed upon before a contract begins, paid either weekly or monthly. Our Milestone Model is beneficial for complex and long-term projects, as it establishes clear budgeting and timelines before a contract begins. Payment is tied to the completion of each project deliverable.

Access Models

Do you have specific location requirements? Our 3 access models (On-Site, Remote, and Hybrid) provide customizable levels of flexibility and collaboration for your unique needs. 

We have 3 Access Models: On-Site, Hybrid, and Remote. Our On-Site Access Model provides the highest level of confidentiality, collaboration, and structure. A skilled resource must be local, as all work is performed on site. The Remote Model allows for the highest level of flexibility and access to talent. A skilled resource can work from almost anywhere to provide needed services. Our Hybrid Model creates a dynamic compromise between the On-Site and Remote Access Models, providing a customizable blend of collaboration and flexibility.
